Umbria is an Italian olive oil from the region of the same name, with Protected Denomination of Origin. The production area is divided into different zones corresponding to five geographical designations: Colli Assisi-Spoleto, Colli Martani, Colli Amerini, Colli del Trasimeno and Colli Orvietana. The main olive trees varieties are "maraiolo", "leccino", "Frantoio", "San Felice", "Pendolino" and "Agogia.
The Umbria DOP extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a fruity fragrance and taste, green – yellow colour.
