Ternera Asturiana IGP

The Spanish Protected Geographical Indication covers the whole territory of Principality
of Asturias (northern Spain). The animals are mainly fed on natural pastures thanks to
rich soil of this area. The animals covered by the PGI are only native breeds: Asturiana
de los Valles and Asturiana de la Montaña.
