Our Story
Quality and passion for gastronomy are the foundations of the business conceived in 2001 and put into practice in 2003: the harvesting of Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc, enriching it with natural ingredients to turn it into a star product of the Balearic Islands. Gusto Mundial Baleárides S.L. is the only company with rights to harvest Flor de Sal on the island of Mallorca, and as one of the pioneers in the production and commercialization of Flor de Sal mixtures world wide, has innovated the gourmet market with its wonderful, high quality hand harvested products.
