Our Story
We are a family-owned company located in Jerez de la Frontera. Our winery has been in production since 1864, but what really sets us apart is that we are the only winery that focus on the production of vinegar as a core speciality. We ahve six types of vinegar in our range: three dry and three bittersweet. In addition to sauces, condiments and, in our facilities of Barbate, on the Coast near Cadis, we also produce salt flakes and albacore preserves.
