Our Story
Award winning cold pressed and unfiltered organic extra virgin olive oil from the estate of Rafael Alonso Aguilera in Andalucía, Spain. Sustainable and ethical production methods are behind this limited production, premium olive oil made from Hojiblanca, Picual and Arbequina olives. Listed as the Best Medium Intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the World; in the Extravergine Guide to Olive Oil and awarded an excellent 94 points out of 100 in the 2011 and 2012 Flos Olei guide to the World best extra virgin olive oils. It can be used as a delicious dipping oil or as a dressing on a variety of foods including seafood, salads, roasted vegetables, pasta, meats and cheeses.
