Our Story

Our oil mill opened in 1998, and is located in the Natural Park of Sierra de Segura, Cazorla and Villas. In this place, whose terrain is uneven and cracked , olive groves melt with pine forest creating a place of unique beauty. It is a Biosphere Reserve and a Special Protection Area for birds.

The dominant olive variety is Picual, a fruit of exceptional qualities that produces an extra virgin olive oil of fruity and intense flavor, fresh aroma with hints of fruit and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
