Señorío de Jaén is a family business entirely devoted to obtaining great extra virgin olive oil. The Bonilla family - Rojas, which was already established in Jaén from the sixteenth century, has been producing olive oil from the nineteenth century, carefully crafting extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality, the result of accumulated wisdom and know-how that has been passed down from one generation of the same family to the next.
