Our Story

Choi Time brings you a exquisite range of carefully sourced green teas. Choi Time started up back in 2004 out of its founder's passion for green tea and the health benefits it provides.  Choi Time's founder, Melissa, grew up around her Chinese grandmother and some of her earliest and fondest memories were of drinking tea with her and learning from her about the benefits of green tea; As Melissa recalls "she was right, and while there are a number of studies that prove the many health benefits of green tea, I never needed convincing; just looking at my grandmother, healthy and radiant at 75 was proof enough for me".  Choi Time range of premium green teas is small, but perfectly formed; Jasmine green teas, loose leaf teas, bud teas and flowering teas are all carefully sourced in order to make sure they meet strict selection criteria; they must be authentic, they must be unique, and they must be delicious.  Chi Time green teas has won awards year after year, including the prestigious Great Taste Awards. Whether you choose our award winning hand rolled Jasmine Green Tea Pearls, our Damask Rose Tea Buds, or our select range of loose leaf Chinese Teas to name but three, you can rest assured of two things; firstly you will never look at tea again the same way, and secondly you will be transported, calmed and enchanted; everything a good cup of tea should do.
