Our Story
Belluga Gourmet produces extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. Based on our native variety "Serrana de Espadán" we make olive oil and other products such as olive jam and olive patés, olive oil cosmetics, olive wood crafts, etc. We are based at the Oil Museum of Segorbe, on Spain’s Eastern coast, near Valencia. Our olive oil Interpretation Center has received a national award in 2007 for promoting and disseminating the olive culture. We are devoted to the task of disseminating and promoting the culture and the world of olive oil, so ingrained in our land.
