Our Story

Our cooperative was created in 1995 with the merger of two older cooperatives with a long tradition in the development of extra virgin olive oil, located in the northern province of Castellón (Spain) in the Baix Maestrat area. This area is characterized by a large number of olive trees and monuments, especially the variety Farga, unique to this area and much appreciated by our customers.

The cooperative brings together a group of about 500 farmers cultivating an area of ​​approximately 3,500 hectares of olive groves.
