Our Story
TV Chef and Food Archaeologist Alan Coxon has created a globally Unique Multi Award winning historic food range, incorporating a 15TH Century Mediaeval Old English “Ale- Gar”(tm)(c) using an Ale-recipe that was once drank by Queen Elizabeth 1st and a product that pre dates balsamic vinegar by nearly 150 years. A Roman Vinaigre infused with herbs and spices favoured thousands of years ago and used to quench thirst and stimulate positive health and an Ancient Greek Vinaigre produced from a rose wine with a recipe that was once used to refresh and rejuvenate athletes after the first ever Olympic Games held in 776 BC
