Pais de Quercus
Our Story
País de Quercus is a partnership of producers, enthusiasts of Extremadura, which intends to market foods derived from this natural heaven located in the southwestern Iberian Peninsula. We aim to expand the public knowledge of the production processes that are traditional in the Extremadura meadows (cattle ranching, wild vegetables, olive oil, etc ...) while we also investigate ways to add value and quality to our produce, differentiating it from intensive-farming products. We raise animals of indigenous breeds, herding and feeding them in a free-range regime. All our food originates in our meadows (cured Iberian pork, pickled vegetables, etc ...)
