Our Story
In 1770, Baptist Sirvent and Tecla Carbonell put into operation a small nougat craft factory. It was difficult to imagine at that time that the company would develop its activity for so long, passing through eight generations until today. Nevertheless the commitment of their descendants has made it possible to keep the tradition: selecting the best raw materials and placing great care ingredients and processes. Today, the current generation of the family preserves the tradition and continue to elaborate several delicious varieties of handmade "turrón".
