Our Story
We have more than fifty years of experience carefully selecting the best fruits, so that we can serve the most demanding markets in the world. We are based in Galicia, in North-Western Spain, where we peel and elaborate chestnuts, following traditional methods, a long and complicated process that is finished by covering them with a glacé, flavoured with natural vanilla. The resulting "marron glacé" is a delicacy with the perfect combination of sweetness and smoothness.
