My name is Rebecca ‘Scarlett´ and I have recently opened my own Great Taste Award winning Cakery, baking unusual and delicious cakes and biscuits in my farmhouse kitchen in the lovely Northumberland countryside. My product range includes delicious Biscuits (such as our ginger, cinnamon and honey cookie: “The Proud to be Ginger Nut”) Slices (such as “The Snowdrift”: a buttery biscuit base topped with cashew nuts, stem ginger, honey caramel and white chocolate) and Cakes (such as our Sticky Toffee Date Cake). The provenance of the ingredients that I use is really important; I use eggs from our own free range hens and the majority of my other ingredients are sourced from an independent wholefood co-operative committed to ethical business. I hope to be using our own Spotty Dog honey in the recipes soon. My products are currently available in various shops in the North of England, at markets and fairs and by mail order. All of your lovely cakes and biscuits will be packed in a corrugated Spotty Dog cardboard box and wrapped in red tissue paper and bubble-wrap for safety and tied with our signature spotty ribbon-making them such a lovely present! We aim to process your order within 72 hours but please note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays. We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Royal Mail advises that for 1st class delivery, the parcel will arrive within 1-5 working days.
