Cantabria Verde's snails are collected in the grasslands of Cantabria, in Northern Spain, and are from the Helix Aspersa species. They are cooked with no additives after an artisan selection process and a thorough cleaning. They are prepared in a way that preserves their organoleptic properties and their natural taste.
Upon reception you will only need to add your favourite sauce and enjoy them!
