Description

Our Special Selection extra virgin olive oil has been selected out of the best oils obtained from olives of the picual variety, picked up in our estates of the Sierra de Segura Natural Park. The oil is elaborated through mechanical means following a cold extraction procedure, with the temperature always under control, so that it never goes over 25 degrees. This oil adheres to the Protected Designation of Origins "Sierra de Segura".
