Olicatessen oil results from an interesting combination of native and Arbequina varietals being used as base oil. The early harvest and processing required on the farm give this oil its very special characteristics.
The intense fruity aromas of green olives has notes of nuts, artichokes, tomatoes and almonds. The mouthfeel is that of a very balanced and pleasant oil.
Very fruity with a strong personality, bitter and pungent, characteristic of green oil, get a nice hint of mint at the end.
