Description
Our greengold extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively with koroneiki olives, a small variety of olive from the southern Peloponnese region of Greece, that, nevertheless, produces a high yield of exceptional quality extra virgin olive oil. Greengold is a family business, we harvest our olive trees by hand every December. Olives are then taken to the local mill in the village where oil is extracted by physical means only.
The resulting extra virgin olive oil is dark green, with a unique, rich, grassy flavour and a peppery finishing touch.
