Description
L'Olivera olive oil is a blend of the different lots we produce throughout the season. We use arbequina olives to make this oil and we harvest them from the nearly 2,000 olive trees scattered around the small village of Vallbona de les Monges, in Catalonia. We recommend putting some of L'Olivera olive oil in a glass to be able to taste and appreciate its aromas and flavour, or you can use it on a wide range of dishes. L'Olivera olive oil is packaged in a clear glass 0.5l. bottle that is always wrapped in tissue paper in order to protect the olive oil from sun-light. The label is the work of designer Claret Serrahima, each unit is numbered.
