Description
L'Olivera Sel.lecció is the result of the careful selection that we make every year of our best olive oils. We choose those that best represent our olive groves and that year's oil in order to create a superior product.This olive oil comes from our best plots of land and olives are harvested when they have reached their optimal ripeness. We put lot of care into the production of this oil, it is always cold-pressed and produced in small quantities.
We package l'Olivera Sel.lecció in a dark green glass bottle and wrap in white tissue paper in order to protect the oil from sun-light. The label is the work of designer Claret Serrahima, each unit is numbered.
