Description
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold extracted only by mechanical means, produced in a proportion of 80% from olives of the variety "Serrana de Espadán." This is a soft and fruity oil, very tasty and palatable, suitable for any type of food, raw or in stews; although especially recommended for dressing salads and vegetables.
