Basilippo Gourmet "Primeros Días" ("First Haverst Days" in Spanish) is our family's flagship brand, a unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil of high quality, early harvest and limited production. It is the result of the first days of harvest of Arbequina olives in the 20 hectares of the Merrha Hacienda, located in the the countryside of Alcor (Sevilla, Spain). This "hacienda", owned by our family, has unique soil and climate characteristics that help us get a different and unique oil.

TASTING: very fruity aroma of apple and green tomato. Recalls to banana, vanilla and herbs. Sweet flavour of "fruits salad", no bitter and a light spicy at the end.
