Red onions slowly caramelised with red wine vinegar for several hours, bringing out the natural sugars from the onions. Makes a great partnership with Cumberland Sausage. It is a vital part of having a barbecue in our house, as it is just so great with barbecued meat and vegetables. Stir a spoonful into your gravy and this will be the easiest onion gravy you’ll ever make!
