Description
This white wine Vinaigre is fresh, clean, rounded and is
favoured by French Michelin star chefs, leading restaurants and hotels.
- Makes a perfect salad dressing, ( just add 1 part oil to
three parts Roman vinaigre)
- The Roman also makes great marinades for fish and poultry
- Try in egg and butter based sauces such as Hollandaise,
Bearnaise, Mayonnaise
- Use in fresh Salsa`s
- Use to replace salt as a seasoning and help reduce levels of
sodium
- Use for pickles and chutneys
- Reduce to a syrup and glaze breads, drizzle and serve with
pate`s, terrines or even on ice cream
