STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING (Great Taste Gold*) 

A light and moist sponge pudding, succulent with dates and subtly flavoured with pure vanilla extract, then smothered in a rich sticky toffee sauce. The foil container is suitable for use in the microwave and the pudding is especially good when re -heated in the oven.
