Sticky Ginger Pudding (Great Taste Gold **) 

With a definite ginger kick, this moist sponge pudding is made with plump dried apricots and chunks of crystallised ginger, and coated in a delicious sticky ginger sauce. The foil container is suitable for  use in the microwave and the pudding is also extremely good re-heated in the oven.

Serves 2-3, Shelf Life 6 weeks (refrigerated)
