Description
Our premium albacore, caught in the sea of Northern Spain and prepared through artisan methods by "Cantabria Verde", now with olive oil and "Piquillo Peppers", a Spanish delicacy with an unforgettable flavour. All our albacore is line-caught by small boats all along the coast of the Bay of Biscay, that never catch more than one ton of fish in one fishing trip, so that the catch does not get to pressed in its holds. We source the fish from several Cantabric ports such as Santoña, Colindres and Santander, and, once in our facilities, we select and process it by hand. It is cooked at the ideal point, with the exact point of saltiness and preserved and canned in olive oil, so that it can keep all of its taste and its nutritional and organoleptic properties.
