Peruvian

This Peruvian coffee, like most others from this country is produced according to organic and fairtrade guidelines. (Though we’re not certified as either, so we technically can’t claim it to be. Frustrating.) A shade grown, wet processed, coffee from the Quillabamba region, it’s rich and dark, with strong almond notes. It lends itself well to espresso and French press brewing in particular.
