Clos de la Torre is an olive oil of exceptional quality, fruity, fresh and well balanced. Produced in the Empordà region of Catalonia, between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean sea, right on the border with France, this region is known for its strong northerly winds, the "tramuntana". Clos de la Torre olive oil is made from olives of the local variety "argudell".
