A case of two tins of each type of Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc (Total 12 tins):- b>Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc Natural - Flor de Sal which has been carefully hand harvested in the Es Trenc nature reserve on the island of Mallorca. The product is 100% natural with nothing added or removed from this pure Mediterranean salt, leaving it crunchy and slightly sweet in flavor. The crystals melt on the palate and turn any dish into a true culinary event. - It can be used freely on almost any dish!
- b>Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Mediterránea - Natural Flor de Sal blended with true Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, savory, marjoram, thyme and oregano. The herbs are air-dried to capture and preserve a full body of flavor and aroma. - Ideal condiment for salads, fish or meat dishes.
- b>Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Olivas Negras - Natural Flor de Sal blended with Kalamata Black Olives from Greece. We gently crush the black olives and blend it together with the sea salt. This allows the essential oils of the black olives to boost the flavor of this Flor de Sal. - The characteristic taste of these olives enhances meat dishes and all kinds of Mediterranean specialties such as Mozzarella and Tomato salad, Pa amb Oli and Crostini.
- b>Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Sri Lanka - Natural Flor de Sal blended with typical Sri Lankan spices. A balanced blend of ten top quality exotic spices: Coriander seed, turmeric, fenugreek and cardamom give the salt an exotic oriental aroma; chili, black and cayenne pepper provide the necessary spiciness and cinnamon and clove gently caress the palate. In order to enable the ethereal aromas and oils to fully develop, we follow an ancient Sri Lankan tradition by heating the ingredients in an oven before blending. - Provides a special touch to all Asian and rice dishes, or plain grilled chicken.
