Bread & Butter Pickles (sweet cucumber pickles)

Description

We use an irresistible mix of crunchy cucumbers and onions in a sweet and spicy vinegar to make our Bread & Butter Pickles (although you might also have heard them called Sweet Cucumber Pickle).

Fennel seeds, mustard seeds and a few bird's eye chillies add the most delicious savoury finish.

Fancy this with hot or cold meats, burgers and curries.
