This 4 year aged balsamic vinegar is the perfect base for our real infusions. To make it thicker & richer we've reduced it, simulating an even longer ageing process further to put it in a class of its own. Naturally sweeter (with no sugar), richer, thicker & packed with flavour - there's nothing quite like it!
Our signature balsamic is infused with real aromatic spices to give a rich, fruity vinegar, leaving a wonderfully warming taste lingering in your mouth. It works brilliantly with your favourite oil to make the most perfect dressing, but is also sublime over strawberries!
Star anise, cinnamon, allspice & juniper all work together to give a warm richness that has two or three levels of taste on the palate.
Try a dash in gravies, stews or casseroles for an extra level of flavour. We love a few drops of just balsamic on a rocket salad & some parmesan shavings - pure simplicity!
