Jamones Granadul origins go back three generations, always devoted to the development of a traditional artisan ham. During this time the experience has passed from father to son, always with quality as a flag.
The dryer is in the unique climate zone of Sierra Nevada, 1,200 m. high, on the north side of the Alpujarra mountains.
This exceptional environmental conditions, with its continental climate with heavy winter frosts and hot dry summers, is unique in Europe and necessary for the healing of our natural artisan hams.
