This white wine Vinaigre is fresh, clean, rounded and is favoured by French Michelin star chefs, leading restaurants and hotels.

• Makes a perfect salad dressing, ( just add 1 part oil to three parts Roman vinaigre)
  
• The Roman also makes great marinades for fish and poultry
  
• Try in egg and butter based sauces such as Hollandaise, Bearnaise, Mayonnaise
  
• Use in fresh Salsa`s
  
• Use to replace salt as a seasoning and help reduce levels of sodium
  
• Use for pickles and chutneys
  
• Reduce to a syrup and glaze breads, drizzle and serve with pate`s, terrines or even on ice cream
