Our Extra Virgin olive oil is produced combining advanced technology and ancient Spanish know-how and traditions. Beneoliva extracts the pure essence of the land in Pinohermoso, Lo Rubes and the emblematic La Zarzuela country estates. The fertile and high quality of the land in the Vega Baja del Segura region, better known as “Europe´s garden”, has adopted into roots; Arbequina olive tree variety and has provided with premium aroma and taste.
Señorio de Jaime Rosell SUMMUM Extra Virgin olive oil belongs to the "Own Harvest Monovarietal" olive oil segment and is produced with Arbequina olives. This type of olives is characterized by their small rounded size, early
ripening essence producing a fine golden olive oil with sweet shades, combining a unique expressive scent. Two products have been carefully developed SUMMUM.
This Extra Virgin olive oil, comes from a very special collection of olives, then stored in a dedicated tank for exclusive family use, using only the olive oil obtained from the first days of harvesting and then immediately pressed and preserved.
